  • 1. About the Application
    Our App is a corporate communication platform designed for internal use within organizations. It provides:
    • Text and multimedia messaging between employees
    • Audio and video calls
    • Telephony configuration, including call forwarding settings for work phones
    The App operates exclusively on your organization's on-premise server infrastructure. No data is transmitted to third-party cloud services.
  • 2. Information We Collect
    The App may collect and process the following types of information:
    • Account information: username, employee ID, and other credentials provided by your organization's administrator.
    • Messages and call logs: text messages, file attachments, and call history as part of the normal operation of the messaging system.
    • Telephony settings: call forwarding rules and phone configuration data entered by the user.
    • Device information: device model, operating system version, and app version for technical support purposes.
  • 3. Camera Permission
    The App requests access to the device camera (android.permission.CAMERA) solely for the purpose of enabling video calls between employees. The camera is activated only when a user initiates or joins a video call session.
    We do not:
    • Access the camera in the background or without user interaction
    • Record, store, or transmit video content outside of active video call sessions
    • Share camera data with any third parties
  • 4. Microphone Permission
    If your device grants microphone access, it is used exclusively during active audio or video calls. Audio is processed in real-time and is not recorded or stored beyond the duration of the call session, unless your organization's server is specifically configured to do so by your administrator.
  • 5. How We Use Information
    All collected information is used exclusively to:
    • Deliver messages and facilitate calls within the organization
    • Apply and synchronize telephony configuration settings
    • Provide technical support and diagnose issues
    • Maintain the security and integrity of the communication system
  • 6. Data Storage and Security
    All data is stored on your organization's own on-premise servers. We do not use external cloud services (such as Firebase, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) for data storage or message delivery. Access to data is controlled by your organization's IT administrators.
    Data in transit is protected using encrypted connections. Physical and logical security of the server infrastructure is the responsibility of the deploying organization.
  • 7. Data Sharing
    We do not sell, trade, or transfer any personal information to third parties. Data is accessible only to:
    • The user themselves
    • Authorized system administrators within your organization
    • Other employees as part of normal messaging and calling functionality
  • 8. Data Retention
    The retention period for messages, call logs, and other data is determined by your organization's administrator and configured on the organization's server. Users should contact their IT department for information about specific retention policies.
  • 9. Children's Privacy
    The App is intended exclusively for professional use by employees of organizations. It is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes through the App or via organizational communication channels. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
